Hope on Wheels

by Staff writer on July 20, 2013

The annual New York International Auto Show kicks off this Friday 4/22 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. While I'm excited to see the new cars, especially the sports cars and convertibles, there's a great story that I wanted to share about of the major auto companies giving back in a big way!

Hyundai Motor America’s nonprofit organization, “Hope on Wheels” will be donating research grants to children’s hospitals to fund new pediatric cancer research. The organization will be making a total of $10.2 million in grants available for 2011.

The amazing thing is that this isn’t just a one-time thing. Hyundai is truly committed to the cause. 2011 marks the 13th year of Hyundai’s Hope on Wheels program support for fighting childhood cancer. Visit www.HyundaiHopeOnWheels.org to learn more, make a donation or purchase branded merchandise to help the cause.
